1. Eligibility
We accept returns of the JBL Portable Bluetooth Speaker with Rugged Carrying Case within 30 days after delivery if the item is unused, in original condition, and includes all packaging and accessories.
2. Process
To request a return, contact the store with your order details. Approved returns must be shipped back at the customer's expense unless the product is defective.
3. Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days after we receive the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
